Choosing the right tool will largely depend on where you are in your journey, as well as the size of your company and team.
We’ve made suggestions on what tools to use during each activity, but feel free to mix-and-match according to your needs.
Keep an open mind when using the tools. If something isn’t working, ask yourself why, and adjust accordingly. Is it not resonating with the audience? Is the exercise too general when you need a tool that helps you dig deeper? Identify why it didn’t work, choose another tool, and try again!
Make the tools your own – sometimes tweaking how you use it a little can make all the difference.
Defining your KPIs and knowing what you want to achieve before starting will save you a lot of time.
Be mindful of the constraints for each format and choose the right tool that is fit for the purpose.
